1. Check-in/out time?

The check-in / check-out in our facilities is very flexible, because we always try to meet the specific needs of our guests. We recommend you contact us by email at least one week before your arrival, so you can better organize your stay. For foreign guests are required to submit by mail a copy of the identity document to ensure the accomplishment of the requirements of public security.


2. Any extra cost to pay?

Our quotations are normally are all-inclusive; only extra services are quoted separately.


3. How can i confirm my reservation?

Guests are kindly requested to pay a 30% deposit in advance to confirm their reservation.


4. How can I pay for my reservation?

Payments can be carried out by:

  • Bank transfer;
  • Credit card;
  • Pay-Pal.

5. Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome only in Chez-Antoinette.


6. How can I quit my reservation?

During high season (from 15 July to 15 September, Christmas and New Year), reservations can be canceled with a minimum notice of 30 days before check-in. At all other times of the year, bookings can be canceled within 5 days before check-in. Where the cancellation was communicated over the above terms, we will be forced to hold back the deposit. In case of no show (no-show), the guest is required to pay the entire stay.


7. Are towels and linens provided?

All of our houses are equipped with sheets and blankets, linens and towels for all guests. For longer stays is expected a periodic change of them.
